Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026. This page covers the Heal Future domain and HF brand routes, including MVGO, Neurosophy, and Aesthetic pages. It is prepared for owned-domain launch and platform review. Final legal review is still required before broad public use.

Who operates this site

Heal Future is the owned-domain layer for HF brand and product routes. MVGO is the first active monetization route. Neurosophy and Aesthetic routes are being staged. For privacy questions, contact hf.mvgo@gmail.com until the final HF public contact address is confirmed.

Information we may collect

  • Basic site activity such as page visits, referrer, device type, and route clicks if analytics are enabled.
  • Email address or message content if a visitor contacts us, joins a waitlist, downloads a resource, or requests product support.
  • Download, purchase, and payment information handled by Gumroad or another checkout provider. Payment card data is processed by that provider, not by this static website.
  • Aesthetic service form or routing information if a visitor chooses to use a linked service such as Seoul Skin Basket. Medical diagnosis and treatment are not provided by this static website.
  • Platform data made available by social platforms when a visitor clicks from Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, or similar services.

How we use information

  • To deliver requested products, downloads, emails, service links, and support replies.
  • To understand which routes bring useful traffic to MVGO, Neurosophy, and Aesthetic pages.
  • To keep the site, policy pages, and product links working.
  • To meet platform, payment, security, accounting, and legal requirements.

Third-party services

MVGO currently uses Gumroad for product checkout and file delivery. Aesthetic routes may link to Cloudflare Pages-hosted service pages such as Seoul Skin Basket. Social platforms may provide referrer or campaign data when a visitor clicks a profile link or post link. Future versions may use privacy-conscious analytics, email delivery, and Cloudflare services for routing and security.

Retention and deletion

We keep support and product-delivery records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, unless a longer period is required for accounting, security, or legal reasons. To request deletion or a copy of personal information, email hf.mvgo@gmail.com.

Children

HF brand routes are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated as HF brand routes, analytics, email, checkout, or service systems change. The updated date at the top of this page will change when the policy changes.
